Feminine energy? What is it? What does it do? Where does it come from? Does everyone get it? These were just a few questions that we began discussing at this week's FEM Circle. As we proudly hosted our first Circle, it was only right to start off with what encompasses Feminine Energy. It's a magical force that comes from our Divine Creator and is carried within us all. It has the potential to manifest into a multitude of emotional, physical and spiritual compounds to provide a balance of light and dark essence to our world. One key concept discussed was the importance of cultivating our Feminine energy and curating it intentionally through self awareness and self care. Negativity whether from people or thinhs in our lives, can be low hanging fruit that suppresses our ability to further evolve into our higher self. So instead of burning bridges, its essential to take appropriate detours to enable your peace to flourish. Nutrition, exercise and self affirming practices are also critical in cultivating an transformative self care lifestyle. Energy is a huge topic to discuss and there are multitudes of ways to elevate and increase your energy internally and externally. Understanding your chakras or layers of personal energy is a great way to begin a mindful self care practice. Below is an intro guide to chakras and self affirmations you can utilize to increase your self peace and vibration.

www.blackgirlsguidetocalm.com/overview-7-chakras/ As you journey through your week, we encourage you to take some time for self. Whether through prayer, meditation or self talk, just take a moment to reconnect. Identify what areas of your whole self need maintenance and create a practice to tend to your body, soul and minds' needs. With Luv and Joy, Janeen
