Birth is such a beautiful transformative process. It signifies so much and is the life source for continued existence. As the shift of new beginnings blesses us with its presence this spring, I'm deeply encouraged to discuss how you can cultivate a healthy birthing process for your dreams and intentions. 1st Trimester The seed has been planted, the intention has been discovered. During this phase we are oozed with excitement and maybe some anxiousness. Many of us are spilling over with splendor about what's to come but not quite prepared to share our dreams with the world. It's still in a critical development stage; brittle, new and small. During this time we may also have bouts of "mourning sicknesss" which can represent a bit of self doubt and missing a few essential nutrients we need to keep our mind, body and soul in holistic alignment. During 1st trimester take time to be thankful for your journey. Relish in the splendor, nourish your body in preparation for the journey ahead. Eliminate the bad habits that fail to cultivate a healthy growing intention, shed your self doubt. I promise it's not pushing you in the direction your going. 2nd Trimester The news is out! The baby is coming, the dream and the intention are growing at a rapid rate! During this time you've begun to feel your first kick of progress, and nudge of new potential clients or partners! You are glowing, thriving in your stage of creativity and innovation. You're beginning to plan your pre birth celebration to commemorate the journey of your manifesting intention. The self doubt is shed, but if not careful, waves of it can creep in. The 2nd trimester is a time to relish, thrive and celebrate what's coming. Take time to take care of your arriving creation. Nourishing your vessel through proper nutrition, mindfulness, and meditation encourage a sharp mind that creates rich and original ideas, plans and organic cycles.

3rd Trimester Late nights. Early mornings. As we move closer towards birthing, our mind, body and soul work tirelessly to tie up all loose ends, nurture all aspects of the intention and finalize details of the DNA that will propel forward and one day plant new seeds of it's own. Many dreamers, entrepreneurs and the like share stories of their journey right before they birthed their dream and many instances it encompasses minimal sleep, nesting and masses of preparation. As you inch closer towards manifesting your intention, identify the sensations you will come face to face with. You may experience pain. That pain typically comes in the form of hard work, long hours and minimal sleep. But do not despair love because through that darkness births light and life. Your dreams are on the other side of the work. Be not afraid, be ready and willing. Mothering Your Baby Intention Your baby has arrived, your company, community or idea has finally manifested and it's a beautiful thing. You are proud and in awe of your accomplishments and full of love, gratitude and splendor. It's only the beginning and this phase too shall have it's own beautiful journey. Wishing you all success, love and light as you navigate through new motherhood. Until next time, stay the course and cultivate love in each breath. With luv and joy, Janeen
