Just saying the word in my head makes me shrink a little. Vulnerability is a scary yet powerful thing. Vulnerability highlights the most sacred parts of ourselves being exposed to the world. It takes confidence to showcase certain levels of vulnerability. But when we are assured in who we are enough to be vulnerable, we can tap in to a secret superpower. A girlfriend and I just had a conversation on how uncomfortable vulnerability is. I've always been a private person in my relationship, finances, disappointments and achievements but over this last year I've experienced a huge surge to share both struggle and triumph as we nagivate through this thing called life. For a few years I taught a small group at my house going through teaching and learning lessons of love, sacrifice, patience and the like. As a small group leader it's common to share personal stories so that your group can more easily relate. It shows a tangible truth of struggle and triumph. That same triumph is what I aim to provide to the masses and that all starts with sharing. With so many aspiring artists, motivational speakers, yoga instructors and the like, it can be intimidating for new creatives to put themselves out there. But someone in this big world is waiting for you. They are waiting for your inspiration, your beautiful spirit and your motivation. Just imagine if Einstein, Nelson Mandela or Jesus failed to pursue their calling because there were already others who were doing something similar? You are special and talented and people need your awesomeness! Except your calling, whatever that may be.  Cultivate it, nurture it and share it with the world.  Someone is waiting.
